We do our best to make sure every transaction is as smooth as possible but understand that the occasional mistake happens, such as a damaged product due to neglect by shipping couriers or missing parts. In the rare case that the toy is severely damaged by the shipping courier, we'll accept a return on the item within 7 Days.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, if this payment method is no longer valid, we are able to issue an in-store credit for the refund amount. Please inform us prior to the refund if your original payment method is no longer valid.
Shipping
If the item you order is in-stock, we usually ship within 1 business day, this can vary depending on order volume. All orders will include online tracking, please wait up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update on the courier's website. If you do not receive an email with a shipping notice and tracking number, please check your spam folder or search in your inbox for “Galactic Toys”. Please note, all delivery windows are estimates, as couriers can be impacted by delays. Please ensure you have the correct shipping address prior to checking out. Pre-orders are shipped as soon as they arrive in our warehouse, however, if you order multiple pre-order items on one order, the order will not ship until all items are available.

Im rounding the review up to 4 stars. I'd really say it's like a 3.5/5, but thats not possible here. Definitely not bad enough to go to 3 stars though.
The Good:
-Visually great kit with minimal work in that regard
-Only 2 color correcting stickers and in a place that super easily paintable if you don't want to use them (grey bits on the ankle armor)
-Distinct silhouette that really stands out on the shelf
-Shockingly stable despite looking back heavy as all heck
The Bad:
-The waist is infamously lose and that held true in my case
-Several ball/socket joints feel poorly sized. Both shoulders, a fore arm, and both of the joints in the waist needed tightening.
-Without tightening it is prone to falling apart while posing
-One heel was too lose to stay on without glue
As someone who primarily builds HG kits this one was a very nice build. Pretty quick to throw together with no real annoying steps . Did a bit of extra cosmetic work, but I'd say it really doesn't need it. If there was 1 thing I'd consider doing beyond panel lining it would be backing the shoulder and forearm psychoframe plates with any sort of silver or metallic green paint or marker. They can fade into the blue a bit too much just OOB.
The joint issues are a pretty simple fix and not anything I'd say even a beginner would have issues with. Just look up the glue trick if you're unfamiliar (no its not gluing the parts together, don't do that).
