Description
xGloomhaven is a game of Euro-inspired tactical combat in a persistent world of shifting motives. Players will take on the role of a wandering adventurer with their own special set of skills and their own reasons for travelling to this dark corner of the world. Players must work together out of necessity to clear out menacing dungeons and forgotten ruins. In the process they will enhance their abilities with experience and loot, discover new locations to explore and plunder, and expand an ever-branching story fueled by the decisions they make. This is a legacy game with a persistent and changing world that is ideally played over many game sessions. After a scenario, players will make decisions on what to do, which will determine how the story continues, kind of like a "Choose Your Own Adventure" book. Playing through a scenario is a cooperative affair where players will fight against automated monsters using an innovative card system to determine the order of play and what a player does on their turn.

We do our best to make sure every transaction is as smooth as possible but understand that the occasional mistake happens, such as a damaged product due to neglect by shipping couriers or missing parts. In the rare case that the toy is severely damaged by the shipping courier, we'll accept a return on the item within 7 Days.
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method, if this payment method is no longer valid, we are able to issue an in-store credit for the refund amount. Please inform us prior to the refund if your original payment method is no longer valid.
Shipping
If the item you order is in-stock, we usually ship within 1 business day, this can vary depending on order volume. All orders will include online tracking, please wait up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update on the courier's website. If you do not receive an email with a shipping notice and tracking number, please check your spam folder or search in your inbox for “Galactic Toys”. Please note, all delivery windows are estimates, as couriers can be impacted by delays. Please ensure you have the correct shipping address prior to checking out. Our system is automated and we will be unable to make any changes after an order has been placed. Thank you.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Pre-orders are shipped as soon as they arrive in our warehouse, however, if you order multiple pre-order items on one order, the order will not ship until all items are available.
